Chairing the firm’s Litigation Group, Scott Bialecki is a Chambers-ranked intellectual property litigator with over twenty-five years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex patent, trademark, and trade secret matters. Scott also handles anti-cybersquatting, counterfeiting, and deceptive trade practices cases. His clients range from small start-up companies to Fortune 500 enterprises. Regardless of their size, Scott offers tailored solutions for each client from pre-litigation counseling to litigation alternatives, including post-grant proceedings like inter partes reviews and ex parte re-examinations. Scott is known for his strategic insight and effective advocacy in high-stakes litigation across a broad spectrum of industries, including software, hardware, energy, medical devices and consumer goods.
In addition to his litigation expertise, as a former FTC litigator, Scott has a strong background in regulatory and advertising compliance, advising clients on navigating complex advertising practices and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
