Sheridan Ross Shareholder Miriam Trudell Named among Top 250 Women in IP

Sheridan Ross is pleased to announce that Miriam Trudell, a shareholder with the trademark practice group, was named to the Top 250 Women in IP list from Managing IP. This special annual publication recognizes some of the senior female IP practitioners in private practice who have performed exceptionally for their clients and firms in the past year. The list was created by Managing IP’s sister publication IP Stars, and this year’s list includes practitioners from more than 30 jurisdictions across the world. Miriam has experience in all areas of trademark, copyright, and domain name law. Her practice includes advising clients on domestic trademark protection and maintenance, including searching, clearing, filing, and prosecuting. She also has experience with Ex Parte practice and Opposition/Cancellation practice in front of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Her trademark practice includes advising clients and assisting with building and maintaining international trademark portfolios, including international trademark clearance, protection, prosecution, and maintenance.
