Trudell, Stavish Named to World Trademark Review Global Leaders List

Sheridan Ross is pleased to announce that Miriam Trudell and Sabrina Stavish were named to the World Trademark Review’s Global Leaders 2021 list. The publication, which is in its third year of circulation, draws from their market-leading research projects – the WTR 1000 and the WTR 300 – to identify the best of the best in trademark practice. According to WTR, “the individuals who feature in this year’s WTR Global Leaders merit special attention owing not only to their expertise and experience in creating, protecting, managing and enforcing essential brand rights but also to their ability to innovate, inspire and go above and beyond to deliver for their clients.”

Miriam’s practice includes advising clients on domestic trademark protection and maintenance, including searching, clearing, filing, and prosecuting. She also has experience with Ex Parte practice and Opposition/Cancellation practice in front of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

During her 26 years of practice, Sabrina has filed approximately 3,200 trademark applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  Domestic and international companies ask her to prepare licensing agreements, software development agreements, intellectual property transfer agreements, consulting agreements, marketing agreements, and corporate sponsorship agreements.
