The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has instituted a new set of e-filing trademark filing fees that will take effect January 2, 2021. As a courtesy, we have created a condensed version of the new fee chart that highlights these changes, but you can also see the full updates here. Any e-filing fees not indicated here will remain the same. For certain filings which previously did not require payment of a filing, new filing fees are now required and these filings are highlighted with an ** in the table below.
