Sheridan Ross P.C. announced the addition of Neil A. Salyards as an associate in the trademark practice group of its Denver office.
Salyards’ practice focuses on all aspects of protection, including the development protection and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights in the United States. In addition, he regularly prosecutes federal trademark applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and negotiates complex licensing agreements.
Prior to joining Sheridan Ross, Salyards served as an associate in the law firm Feldmann Nagel, LLC where he practiced trademark and copyright law, as well as corporate transactional law.
Salyards earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from California Lutheran University. He earned his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law.
