Sheridan Ross is pleased to announce the addition of three attorneys—associates Liangyin Guo, Kelsie Griffith, and shareholder Jeanette Sinclare, who is rejoining the firm. Sinclare rejoins the trademark practice where she counsels her clients on all aspects of trademark and copyright protection, including the development and management of portfolios. With nearly 10 years of trademark counseling experience, Sinclare is a strategic partner for her clients, who work across a range of industries. Sinclare holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University and a law degree from the University of Colorado Law School.
Guo and Griffith join the firm as recent law school graduates. Both are joining the firm’s patent prosecution practice—Griffiths will focus her work on life sciences and biotechnology and Guo is joining the firm’s mechanical engineering patent practice. Griffiths holds a Bachelor of Science degree in forensic biology from Purdue University, a Master of Science degree in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Colorado-Denver, and a law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Guo holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Criminology and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California-Irvine. She is also a native Chinese speaker. Outside the office, Lia enjoys playing piano and Guzheng, as well as drawing, cars, and bikes.
