World Trademark Review Names Three Shareholders to Top List

Sheridan Ross is pleased to announce that all three of the shareholders in its Trademark practice group were named to the 2023 World Trademark Review 1000, the publication’s annual list of top practitioners. Pamela Hirschman, Sarah Schneider, and Miriam Trudell all made the list, in addition to the firm being named to the Silver category for the state. The WTR 1000 focuses exclusively on trademark practice and has firmly established itself as the definitive ‘go-to’ resource for those seeking world-class legal trademark expertise.

The firm’s listing in the publication states: “A venerable IP practice in the Rocky Mountain region, Sheridan Ross has a nearly 70-year history, many enduring client relationships and a line-up of talented and seasoned partners. Sarah Schneider, Miriam Trudell and Pamela Hirschman have more than 55 years of collective experience managing portfolios, coordinating multi-jurisdictional filings and counselling clients. One area of the group’s recent focus has been virtual goods and non-fungible tokens; the group has also had success assisting rights holders in actions against brand phishing and counterfeiters. Leader of the practice Schneider has wide-ranging skills and covers all the bases. She has special expertise regarding online brand issues. Trudell excels in an international rights protection role; she has excellent contacts abroad who endorse her for being “knowledgeable, practical, available, reliable, timely and great to work with all-round”. Hirschman also undertakes extensive overseas work and is recommended as an “extremely commercial, responsive, articulate and thorough lawyer.”
