Sheridan Ross adds Associate Beth Nagalski

DENVER – Sheridan Ross P.C. announced the addition of Beth Nagalski as an associate in the intellectual property firm’s Denver office.

Nagalski counsels clients on all aspects of trademark and copyright portfolio development and management.  Her practice includes domestic and foreign trademark portfolio management from searching, filing and clearance to maintenance, policing and enforcement of trademark registrations.

Nagalski has assisted clients in the development and execution of domestic and international trademark protection strategies.  She has represented clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and successfully negotiated settlements via mediation and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Sheridan Ross, Nagalski worked as an associate in New York at the law firms of Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where she gained experience in intellectual property transactions, licensing and portfolio management as well as a wide-range of complex commercial litigation.
